At the launch ceremony, Li Zhongjun, Deputy General Manager of the Group, emphasized in his mobilization speech that the theme of the 2025 Safety Production Month is "Everyone talks about safety, everyone knows how to respond to emergencies - finding safety hazards around us". Although the theme has not changed much in recent years, the country and government aim to promote the healthy development of safety production in the whole society and strengthen the concept of "full participation". He hopes that everyone will establish the idea of "safety work has no end" in accordance with regulations and superior requirements, create an atmosphere of "everyone pays attention to and participates in safety", set safety production red lines, and strengthen the foundation of safety management.  

After the launch ceremony, an emergency response and rescue drill for severe heatstroke (heat stroke) was immediately held at the project site, and the entire emergency drill process was completed in an orderly manner.

Subsequently, Cao Weisong, the general manager of the group, summarized and commented on this drill activity. He pointed out that this drill embodies the drill concept of people-oriented and scientific training, as well as the principle of emergency response. During the emergency drill, all participating team members were full of spirit, actively responded and reacted quickly, responded in a timely manner, and handled the emergency reasonably. The drill actions were coherent and accurate, the disposal measures were accurate and in place, and the organization and coordination were meticulous and thorough, achieving the expected purpose of the drill.

Finally, Wang Xubing, Deputy General Manager of Tianning Innovation Investment Development Co., Ltd., made a concluding speech and provided guidance. He hoped that all parties involved in the construction would strengthen their leadership in ensuring safety production, carefully organize and deploy, and widely carry out safety education and publicity activities. At the same time, precise measures should be taken based on the characteristics and seasons of the current project to ensure safety production and ensure that the "Safety Production Month" activities achieve tangible results.

After the outdoor emergency rescue drill, the deputy managers and safety officers in charge of safety in each subsidiary of the group watched safety education videos in the project department meeting room to further strengthen safety awareness and responsibility.

Through this event, not only was the practicality of various procedures in the group's comprehensive emergency plan effectively tested, but the ability of the project emergency team to command and coordinate was also exercised.
